Our Youth to Youth group met this morning. The meeting began with a friendly game of rock, paper, scissors, before transitioning into a presentation by troopers from the New Philadelphia Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The troopers spoke about safe driving, distracted driving, and impaired driving. The takeaway: don't let peer pressure impact your decisions, and be the person to step in when something seems wrong. Rivalry week is a fun time, but as the troopers mentioned, it can be a dangerous one, too! We encourage our students to make good decisions today, and every day!
