Who We Are
Located in Ohio’s Amish Country, Rockwood Door & Millwork is a second-generation, family-owned company crafting exceptional architectural doors and millwork since 1986. Many of our builders learned woodworking from family or mentors, and we continue that spirit of craftsmanship and teaching every day.
Why We’re Different
From special materials to creative engineering, we bring new potential to architectural doors and millwork. Our team combines traditional skills with modern innovation to solve unique design challenges and meet the highest standards of beauty, quality, and performance.
Working With Us

• Read or learn to read shop drawings and use precision tools (like calipers and tape measures).
• Work closely with teammates to ensure quality and accuracy in every step.
• Contribute ideas and craftsmanship to one-of-a-kind custom projects.
• Keep your workspace organized and safe.
• Cross train in building and assembling custom doors and millwork from premium hardwood materials.
What We’re Looking For

• Experience or interest in woodworking, construction, or manufacturing.
• Eagerness to be flexible, learn new skills and develop techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and pride in doing quality work.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
• Family-owned company with a strong reputation for craftsmanship and integrity.
• Supportive environment where new team members are trained and mentored.
• Opportunity to create high-end wood products that go into beautiful homes.
• Steady, full-time hours with growth potential.
