Landscaping students must be able to
Read and comprehend information and instructions as presented in class
Meet safety requirements to operate equipment and use tools
Stand, walk, and work on your feet for several hours at a time
Communicate well with customers, managers, and fellow workers
Have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to use dangerous equipment and tools
Perform the job in both hot, cold, and/or damp climate
Handle getting dirty as part of the job
