
A few of our Natural Resources students recently competed in the State Forestry CDE, where they were tested on tree identification, chainsaw parts and troubleshooting, forest problems, timber cruise, and timber stand improvement. Out of 36 teams, they earned an impressive 12th place!

Recently, our level two Outdoor Power students are stripping parts off one four-wheeler to repair another. Projects like this give students the opportunity to troubleshoot, problem solve, and apply their mechanical skills in repair situations.

Today, our students visited Kent State Tuscarawas for the College Fair and the Engineering Showcase at the PAC! They explored future opportunities, met with representatives, and learn more about different career paths available after graduation.
