Sean Lawrence is a senior who double labs in CAD/Development & Design and Precision Machining at Buckeye Career Center.
For one of his latest projects, Sean designed Optimus Prime himself using AutoCAD, then used the water jet to cut out the design with precision. To finish it off, he teamed up with our Auto Collision lab to get it professionally polished!

Last night, we celebrated at the Overcoming Obstacles Award Ceremony. Hospitality student Aden Lambert was BCC’s nominee. We are proud of Aden and all he has overcome. We wish him well as high school comes to an end and he moves into his next chapter of life!
Additionally, Kevin Hernandez Mendoza was also recognized and nominated by New Phila. He is in our Meat Cutting lab. Finally, Carter Wilson attends BCC in our Graphic Arts lab and was nominated by Tusky Valley. Congratulations to all three students!





We are happy to serve as the host site of the Project Lead the Way Community Showcase, where hundreds of students from Tuscarawas County are vying for trophies, plaques, and bragging rights! The student exhibits are open for public viewing through 7:30 p.m., and the awards ceremony begins at 7:30pm in the BCC cafeteria!
