It's Career Fair day here at BCC! We started our morning with local Wendy's franchisee, Mr. Chris Lane! He helped prepare our students for interview topics and how to dress, and he gave tips on being a good employee. Mr. Lane reminded our students that a customer is on the other end of everything they do and that each person encountered should be treated as such. Mr. Lane asked our students to remain flexible and trainable throughout their careers and to have courage, be committed, and care about what they do and the people they serve! #BuckeyeProud!

Congrats to our FFA envirothon team! They earned 7th place out of 50 teams at the Area 3 Envirothon. The contest features forestry, wildlife, aquatics, soils, and current events.

This morning, we celebrated the employment of five BCC seniors with Metallus! These students were accepted into the company's co-op program and will complete that and enter apprenticeships in June as full-time employees!
