Our Exercise Science students are diving deep into lower extremity mobility. They’ve been practicing a variety of mobility exercises designed to help future patients recover from injuries, like a sprained or healing ankle. By mastering these techniques now, our students are preparing to guide others through the recovery process, restoring strength and movement safely and effectively.
