It's official! We held our groundbreaking ceremony this evening for the new medical facility addition to BCC! We look forward to this project being finished by the start of the 2025-26 school year. The space will house our Intro to Nursing, Pharmacy Technician, and Medical Assisting programs while also providing a clinic space for use by our students, staff, and the community! Stay tuned for construction updates throughout the year. More photos can be found in a Facebook album.

The September Adult Education Student of the Month is Medical Office Support student, Capri Barnhart. Barnhart is a graduate of New Philadelphia and attended BCC for Graphic Arts. Barnhart chose to enroll in the program because it’s a field she is interested in and it is a field that will always be in demand. She is also intrigued by the remote job opportunities in the healthcare industry. Barnhart is married to her husband Matt and they have two animals.
