Claymont Health is currently hiring Dietary Personnel. Responsibilities include washing dishes, dishing up desserts for meals, and cleaning kitchen areas. The position requires working every other weekend and every other holiday, with scheduled shifts of 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM and 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM.
The facility is also seeking a Beautician. This flexible position includes duties such as washing, coloring, and setting residents' hair. Days and hours can be arranged to fit availability.

This evening, at the All-Ohio ACTE Conference, we celebrated Superintendent Bob Alsept, who was awarded the Administrator of the Year honor! Congratulations to Mr. Alsept, who works tirelessly to move BCC forward! #BuckeyeProud!







Our Mr. Frank Polen presented at today's All Ohio ACTE conference in Columbus! He spoke about how relationships determine results and how connections build our future relationships. He was joined by several members of our BCC team! #BuckeyeProud!

Progress continues on our Medical Facility addition! Much of the work is happening inside, as crews work to paint walls, install cabinets, and lay tile. The addition will be ready just in time for the 2025-26 school year!

Today, we were visited by Duncan MacMillan, Senator Jon Husted's Deputy Director for Northeast Ohio. Mr. MacMillan met with Mr. Alsept and Mr. Polen to learn about BCC. He also enjoyed a tour of our building and our new medical facility! #BuckeyeProud!

Day 3 of Manufacturing Camp is underway! Students are learning about design with Meteor Sealing Systems, lean manufacturing with Allied Machine, welding with Extreme Trailers, and logistics with Timken. Later this afternoon, they will tour Allied and Meteor!
