We are hog owners, once again! Each year, our staff members contribute money to purchase a hog at the junior fair auction. This year, we bought the market hog of Madison Cottrell! She is a senior in our Construction lab. We purchased the animal for $6 a pound. Our Meat Cutting lab will process the hog and we will donate it to the Dover/New Phila Food Pantry! Congrats to Madison!
Our Culinary Arts students have been gaining hands-on experience at the Tuscarawas County Fair! They have spent the week food prepping and preparing meals within the Clover Cafe! #BuckeyeProud!
