This morning, we heard from Kerri Silverthorn for this month's A-Game presentation. She spoke to our students about acceptance. Kerri serves as the community relations/special projects director for TuscBDD. She was joined by TuscBDD Superintendent Nate Kamban.

Attention Residents Near BCC: Our annual Adult Education Disaster Simulation Day is this Saturday, February 8, 2025! You will see several emergency responders and medical response units on our campus. Please be aware that there is no real emergency and that this is an annual training event held on our campus. As part of our CTE Month® celebrations, today, we highlight one of our business partners! Blooms Printing is our go-to business for large-scale print jobs, like our high school catalog, which gets updated in the summer months. They are a great local asset! #BuckeyeProud!

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting the Winfield Homemakers Club for their monthly meeting! They enjoyed a delicious lunch and dessert, prepared and served by our Hospitality students. Afterward, they visited our Cosmetology lab for some pampering, including hair and nail services.
In honor of CTE Month, our marketing department will be passing out complimentary t-shirts to our students during lunch periods this Friday! Students must attend to receive a shirt. Sizes vary and are limited.

Damus Cole and Don Fox, directors at the Canton Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee, visited our Electrical lab to discuss opportunities for electrical apprenticeships.


Our Adult Education Medical Assisting students recently practiced their phlebotomy skills, retrieving blood from instructor Sandy Moss and phlebotomy practice kits.


Our level two Medical Assisting students are practicing subcutaneous injections, which means injecting medicine directly into the fatty tissue layer, just under the skin. #BuckeyeProud!
