Job of the day: Gill Construction & Design LLC is now hiring 2–5 students interested in gaining hands-on experience in the carpentry and construction trade. Based out of Cadiz, Ohio, this opportunity focuses on residential projects such as building fences, decks, and other woodworking tasks, with work available across surrounding areas including Steubenville, St. Clairsville, and Wheeling, WV. Tools are provided on each job site, and the only requirement is a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation. You might be surprised to know that BCC has several bus drivers! Many of our maintenance staff members double as drivers to take our students to and from competitions, field trips, etc. In addition, a few of our lab instructors are also certified. We appreciate everything they do for BCC!
