Utility Lineworker students must be able to

    Differentiate between many colors and shapes
    Comprehend and use measuring devices and electrical math
    Work in all types of weather and environments
    Use PC's to assemble electrical drawings
    Have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to use hand and power tools
    Communicate well with co-workers and customers
    Handle heights in excess of 20 feet
