Algeo

This course is for students who have taken Algebra I and Geometry, and had Below a C average. Another option could be that you receive a teacher recommendation. It will reinforce and build upon mathematical skills taught in previous classes with additional advanced computation. The algebra portion will include properties of addition and multiplication, integers, fractions, ratio, proportions, percents, and data analysis including graphs. The geometry portion will include basic geometry concepts, perimeter, area, volume, and surface area. At the end of the year the following subjects will be covered briefly. They include transformations and basic trigonometry.
